Description of PTSA Postitions
Executive Board Members
*President-is elected by the unit to direct the affairs of the assocation in cooperation with the other members of the executive committee. The responsibilities are twofold: that of presiding officer and that of administrative officer.
* Vice-President-is elected by the unit to direct the affairs of the assocation in cooperation
with the other members of the executive committee. The Vice-President may be called upon at any time to assume the place of the president. The VP's top responsiblity is to promote and compile unit memberships.
*Secretary-is elected by the unit and is responsible for all official records of the PTSA Unit.
*Treasurer- the treasurer is elected by the members to be the authorized custodian of the funds of the PTSA Unit.
