On Graduation Night, LSHS PTSA sponsors Project Grad for graduating seniors. This longstanding tradition is a FREE, fun, safe, drug-free, alcohol-free graduation party filled with food, games, prizes and entertainment. The BIGGEST fundraiser for this event is selling fireworks in the LSHS parking lot from June 28th through July 4th.
WE CANNOT SUCCESSFULLY FUND PROJECT GRAD WITHOUT YOUR HELP!
We need Students, Parents, and Teachers to run our tent and make this fundraiser successful for our Tigers!!! Please sign up for as many shifts as you can support. Also, mark your calendars to purchase your fireworks from our tent...we have great prices and you know its going to Project Grad! TIGER ALUMNI coming back every year!
Student volunteer hours at the tent will count towards your required 10 hours of your graduation Community Service requirements. Student volunteers will also be entered into a drawing to win at least $100 in FREE fireworks. Students will receive one entry for each hour of volunteered service. You must be a volunteer to enter.
Parents, please encourage your students to sign up! At LSHS, we have a "pay it forward" culture... so we invite our incoming Freshman Class of 2028 to join us and get your graduation credits out of the way!
